Resident Satisfaction Scores

Through Data Analysis, of resident preferences and grievances, I was able to tailor a specific plan to enhance satisfaction scores for Assisted Living residents. After the plan was proposed and practiced, satisfaction scores increased by an entire point (out of a scale of 10) over just one quarter.

EHR Compliance Metrics

Regular data cleaning and analysis of the EHR led to analytical insights regarding facility compliance. Analyzing the data further lead to me crafting a data-driven strategy to improve metrical scores and service delivery over the next 10 months/ remainder of my time present.

Resident Cost Savings

Analysis of resident preferences and financial needs led to insights regarding possible areas of savings. These insights with conjoined actions resulted in a total of $200,000+ savings over the course of 1 year across a total of 124 residents in Section 8 Housing.
